Workshop – Breakfast: ‘Improve the shopping experience or consumption for your customers’
Working group sessions and individual counseling aimed at applying psychological and applicable sales marketing techniques in order to increase economic activity of the participating companies , which are part of our collective , through the implementation of a correct business process and:
- Generate professional self knowledge on customer management, develop areas for improvement and strengthening weaknesses.
- Differentiate where appropriate, the personal role of the owner and/or workers and integrate them, so that the customer buying experience is a positive one.
- Interact and create synergies with other businesses who attend the workshop.
